Case Study 2

Exterior stone wall cladding – Guiseley, Leeds, West Yorkshire

Client requirements:

The client’s property, a brick built bungalow, was in need of a facelift, so they decided that natural stone cladding would give it the aesthetic update it needed.

Our recommendations:

We visited the property to carry out a free survey, taking note of the dimensions and existing style. With these elements in mind, we felt that a ‘coursed’ natural Yorkshire stone was the perfect recommendation – and the client agreed!

Installation:

Although this was a large scale cladding project, we were mindful that the client was keen to see the final results, and we were delighted to finish the work slightly ahead of schedule.

Results:

The client was stunned with the striking transformation that we were able to achieve on his property – and showed his appreciation by presenting each member of the installation team with a very nice bottle of wine after completion!
The client also stated that they would have no hesitation in recommending us, and that we should feel free to send anyone to look at their property who may be thinking of doing the same thing – so if you’d like to see this project in the flesh, drop us a line and we’ll send you the address!
